Being a handcrafted product and 100% made in Florence, I need this time to take care of its construction with love and passion, enhancing it with every single detail.

As soon as the courier is booked, I will send you an email with all the details; when the package is collected, I will attach a copy of the waybill with the relative tracking to allow you to follow the path of your delivery.
Contact me via email or whatsapp if you encounter problems or delays in shipping: I will personally verify with the courier what happened to protect your delivery.

I make a product entirely handmade, personalized and tailored for you and I pride myself on building quality clothes that make you happy and satisfied with your purchase. It is for this reason that I do not accept returns of ordered clothes.

The fabrics used to make the dresses are all top quality and are selected to enhance the design of the dress you have chosen; being mostly fabrics of natural origin, they are designed to give comfort, convenience and style. I offer single-color and printed fabrics, customizable on request.

If before ordering your dress, you want to touch the quality of my fabrics with your own hands, book a FREE consultation with me: you will have the opportunity to order a kit of 5 fine fabrics carefully selected for you.
If after receiving the kit you confirm the purchase of a BeGiuls dress, I will deduct the cost of the kit directly from your order.

To care for my clothes, follow the instructions on the composition and washing labels that you find inside each item. By following the instructions, your dress will maintain its splendor over time.

Shipping costs for Italy are already included in the purchase price.

For all other geographic areas, the shipping rate will be applied at checkout.

Through the consultancy service, we evaluate together with you your doubts regarding the measurements taken and those of the size chart.

The dress I make is a fine piece, handmade for you. If you are not sure about the measurements, make an appointment with me for a video consultation and we will refine them together. In this way I can verify that the data is correct, before proceeding with its creation.
