Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 4-5 working weeks from the receipt of the order confirmation email. Each garment is handmade and requires time and care. When I ship your order, you will receive a notification.

In case of processing delays, you will be promptly contacted.

Begiuls declines all responsibility and has no control over delays or issues related to the shipping service.

For shipments within Italy and the EU, the delivery terms are CPT INCOTERMS® 2020.

Rates and Estimates for Domestic Shipping

Shipping is free across the national territory.

In-Store Pickup

You can avoid shipping costs with free local pickup at:

Once you place your order and select local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 30 working days. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with further instructions.

International Shipping

I offer international shipping to geographic Europe, Canada, and the United States. Customs duties are always the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Begiuls is not responsible for these additional charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.

How Can I Track My Order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 20 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact me at giuliana@begiuls.it, specifying your name and order number, and I will carry out the necessary checks.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Begiuls creates entirely handmade, customized, and tailor-made products for you. For this reason, I do not accept returns of ordered garments.
